How We Help Family Care Partners
Welcome to The Alzheimer’s Support Network, here to serve families and care partners of loved ones with Alzheimer's or other forms of neurodegeneration. We understand that receiving a diagnosis of Alzheimer's can be overwhelming and emotional, and we are here to offer you the support and resources you need to navigate this journey.
We offer a variety of resources and support services, including:
Care partner support groups: Our support groups provide a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. Our meetings take place both in person and through Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
Educational events: We bring in experts in the field to provide educational events on topics related to dementia, including the latest research, caregiving techniques, and strategies for coping with the emotional and practical challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia.
Private family meetings: We offer private meetings for families who want to discuss their individual situations and receive personalized support and guidance.
Assistance with finding outside support: We have an extensive knowledge of resources in the Naples area and can help you connect with outside support services such as home health care agencies, respite care, and other community resources.
Recorded educational meetings: We record some of our educational meetings so that you can watch them at your convenience.
At The Network, we understand that caring for a loved one with Alzhiemer's can be a complex and challenging journey. Our goal is to provide you with the resources, support, and information you need to navigate this journey with confidence and compassion.
